Anvi Exim: Streamlining Rice Export Operations

Anvi Exim’s operations were previously scattered across multiple tools and spreadsheets, making it difficult to manage inventory, logistics, and documentation efficiently. Manual tracking led to errors, delays, and poor coordination between departments. Without real-time visibility, the management team faced difficulties in making timely and data-driven decisions.

Chirpn delivered a centralized and intuitive web platform that digitized and automated Anvi Exim’s core operations. We have introduced role-based dashboards for custom views for different departments with instant operational insights. We have also developed an inventory Management system for real-time tracking of raw rice, surplus, packaging materials, and wastage.

The purchase order system is a centralized handling of procurement for rice and packaging materials. The Gate Entry Module tracks all inbound and outbound logistics efficiently. The “Work Orders & Challan Generation” module automates production requests and dispatch documentation. The project included “AI-powered Blending Suggestions” to support better production decisions with intelligent recommendations. We wrapped this project by including “One-click reporting” in Excel and PDF for seamless documentation.
