InstinctIQ.ai is a GenAI-powered project controls platform designed for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industries.
Challenge:
Project controls in AEC/EPC sectors were plagued by inefficiencies due to fragmented tools, manual workflows, and siloed data. Schedulers and managers lacked real-time visibility, resulting in delays, inflated costs, and poor stakeholder alignment. InstinctIQ.ai needed a way to simplify and unify access to schedule data, risks, documents, and field reports, all through natural language.
Solution
Chirpn supported the development of a GenAI-driven platform with four intelligent agents that replaced multiple legacy systems. The first is IQ-Insights, a ChatGPT-like assistant for scheduling health checks, DCMA analysis, and progress tracking from tools like P6, MS Project, and Excel. IQ-Risk works with “What-if” queries for Monte Carlo simulations, risk register management, and end-date predictions. IQ-Monitor is for on-site real-time reporting via mobile, using natural language to log and analyze field activity. Lastly, IQ-Search is a smart document assistant that surfaces answers from RFIs, change orders, and specifications.

Since its launch in 2023, InstinctIQ.ai has been adopted by billion-dollar projects across the U.S., including hospitals and courthouses.
