Chirpn responded by assembling a multi-disciplinary team, incorporating front-end and back-end developers, web developers, quality engineers (both automation and manual), reporting experts, iOS and Android engineers for SDK development, and DevOps engineers. Working in synergy, this team designed, developed, and launched the client-facing portal within a remarkable 90-day timeframe. The portal provided real-time insights into fraud activities, elevating Arkose Labs' client engagement and fraud prevention capabilities. Additionally, a case management system was implemented to streamline the process of handling fraud cases, and an implementation guide was developed to help clients seamlessly integrate the portal into their existing systems.
